As an entirely student-run organization, Alpha Phi Omega relies greatly on the efficient leadership skills or the members involved. Once members join APO, they will have plentiful opportunities to develop themselves as emerging campus leaders. 

In Alpha Phi Omega-Omicron, we break down our leadership program into the following categories:
